Nawayef´s Type 2 by ARK Architects
Renowned by many as the architect of light, he has been selected to develop an “oasis of life” in Abu Dhabi. The projects, called “Mansions type 2 and 5,” are located on the new man-made Hudayriyat Island, an area of more than 51 million square meters that will redefine the city’s landscape.
Hudayriyat Island offers its residents a combination of sports, nature, relaxation, hospitality and pristine beaches. In the ambitious “Nawayef By Modon & ARK Architects” project, architect Manuel Ruiz Moriche has integrated the common roots of Mediterranean and Islamic cultures into each space, creating “villas that are private on the outside and rich on the inside”.
