ARK Sotogrande S.L. makes backups of the contents hosted on its servers, but is not responsible for any loss or accidental deletion of data by the users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as these may have been erased or modified during the period since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups made by ARK Sotogrande S.L. when the loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to user acceptance.
Data restoration is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to ARK Sotogrande S.L.
