The Spanish architect named in the country’s most prestigious media as “the one chosen to fill the new Abu Dhabi with light”, Manuel Ruiz Moriche, founder of ARK Architects has traveled to see first-hand his projects designed on the new artificial island of Hudayriyat, which covers more than 51 million square meters and will redefine the landscape of Abu Dhabi.
Manuel Ruiz Moriche has incorporated the shared influences of the Mediterranean and Islamic cultures in every corner of the “Mansions type 2 and type 5”, taking inspiration from the hillsides of the island where each curve takes inspirational sense to their projects, in a natural enclave where the desert sand is taken as an “oasis of life in Abu Dhabi”.
The real estate development company Modon Properties, a leading real estate company in the Nawayef area, is developing the 84 most exclusive villas in Abu Dhabi, adapting their shapes to the hills that reach heights of up to 55 meters, with breathtaking views of the Abu Dhabi skyline and the blue waters of the Persian Gulf.
The ambitious project offers its residents a captivating combination of sports, nature, serenity, hospitality and pristine beaches.
