In its latest edition for November 2025 – January 2026, the prestigious Design Marbella magazine features ARK Architects and Villa TAI, the architectural creation of Manuel Ruiz Moriche, co-founder and creative director of the studio.
According to the article, Villa TAI is “an ode to the inhabited landscape.” Located in the idyllic setting of La Reserva, Sotogrande, the house rises on a large stone and wood podium emerging from the hillside. Thanks to a spacious central courtyard, natural light blurs the boundaries between inside and outside, integrating the construction seamlessly with the natural oasis surrounding it.
The article highlights how the house reflects its environment, creating a geometric microclimate where materials, spaces, light, and vegetation are arranged in harmony.
