This project is located in the prestigious Nueva Andalucía Estate and it is being built to a very high standard and boasts spectacular views of the coast and a golf course.
Conceptually, the Stone blooms. The architecture is an attempt to create an inhabitable sculpture made out of natural Stone, a pure volumes composition, a masterfully handcrafted piece of art, where functionality ends and magic begins, where architecture embraces the landscape in a perfect harmony. The house connects to the land trough different platforms, originating a natural flowing feeling, from the interior to the exterior pool area. The landscape design is also composed of a series of open air green platforms following the slope of the plot and leading to the golf course.
The house opens widely towards the views, in contrast to the privacy and the protection provided by the rear façade, which includes the entrance to the house. Circulation takes place through a continuous floating internal staircase between two covered courtyards, which illuminate all the indoor spaces in this home. This nuclear garden structures the direct interaction between the entire indoors and the outdoors, adding up to all spaces of the house with the luxury of the mediterranean natural lighting.
The ground floor is an open space with a strong loft character where the common areas are delimited by impressive elements such as the fireplace and the patios, one of them completed with an imposing full height green wall. The first floor contains the night rooms, including the en-suite bedrooms and an outwards-looking terrace. Palm and pine trees, cypresses and southern native species are part of the great meadows stratta of this Mediterranean Idyll.
