Clean-lined architecture and the occasional pop of color create a feeling of contemporary luxury inside Villa Mozart. Sliding glass walls open the living room to the terrace, letting the warm breezes. The atrium connects each area from an opened living room where we could see the garden and even the sea. On the ground floor there are 3 suites, an office, kitchen, dining room, tv room and finally, a porch which works as a big outdoor living room from we can access to a covered terrace with stairs that lead to the garden and on the roof floor. From there, the light reflection of the pool reaches to the floor below thanks to the hollow on its forging. Furthermore, there is a nice place to celebrate a party with friends on a huge solarium and barbecue zone.
On the first floor there are three additional suites and among them, there is the master room. To conclude, on the basement through the double stairs, we could find a leisure room. Next to the hall there is a wine cellar and also a garage for 4 cars, a fully equipped gym with sauna and a steam room, cinema room, play room and even a service apartment. When you’re not on the beach or the golf course, you’ll want to spend your time on the villa’s terrace, where sitting areas and sun loungers beckon tempts everybody. If the sun gets too warm, retreat to the shaded sitting area and when hunger strikes, be ready for an al-fresco meal.
